Returns Policy:

Tipity Toes is keen on providing the best quality of brands for your little one’s comfort. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Tipity Toes offers you a flexible refund or store credit policy that is valid within 3 days of the purchase, this excludes any delivery expenses. This policy does not apply to the goods that have been damaged, washed or if any attempts have been made that compromise the product. All products must be returned in its original condition with the price tag attached. A proof of purchase of each item you wish to return must be provided in order to confirm the return. Tipity Toes has the right to deny the request if the item does not meet our returns policy requirements. An email will be sent to you once your item/s has been received. Any item you wish to return will be inspected in order to be authorized for a refund. If the conditions of our policy have been met, we will refund you excluding any shipping/delivery charges. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer. The Refund process will normally take from 14 working days.

For Jeddah orders: We will collect the item/s from your home or an alternative address for free.

For orders: All shipping charges related to returns will be at your expense. Tipity Toes takes no responsibility if any item has been lost while being returned. (You’ll need to see what TNT procedure to make the refund, preferably on your own expense) 

Exchange Policy:

For local orders: If you wish to exchange an item, kindly contact us to start the necessary arrangements. Tipity Toes offers exchange within 7 days of receipt if the terms of our exchange policy are met. The Exchange policy does not apply to the items that have been used, washed, damaged or if any attempt has been made that affect the product. The price tag must be attached and the item must be returned in its original condition. A proof of purchase must be provided or at least the order number in order to confirm the exchange. Tipity Toes has the right to deny the exchange process if the requirements and policy are not met by the customer.  

For international orders: We do not offer an exchange policy. You may return your item within 7 days of your purchase for the store credit and then purchase a replacement size, color or alternative item.

Items we do not include in both return & exchange policy are:

  • All items on final sale
  • Accessories
  • Swimwear
  • Toys & Books

Faulty items:

Tipity Toes is very careful in providing and ensuring all products are in excellent condition for our customer satisfaction. If any problem has occurred, please feel free to contact us no later than 3 days of receiving your order. If you wish to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, Tipity Toes can only replace the same product with the same size. If the required replacement item is not available, Tipity Toes will ensure you will get a full refund plus shipping expenses.
